Scope of Services
Pixel Portraits provides photography services for product imagery, including studio and on-location work, subject to project scope, product count, style review, and pre-session planning. Any booking is confirmed only after the relevant details have been reviewed and agreed.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted on a project basis according to the agreed scope, including the number of products, setups, and intended use. A deposit may be required before production begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated for the project.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, shot lists, and any items needed for the session. Where product return is required, the client must arrange the agreed return method and ensure that items are delivered in suitable condition for photography.
